In principle, Golden Nest works with volume builders who have a wholesale arm, so this pretty much excludes small and boutique builders.

The reason is we specialize in selling fixed priced, and all-inclusive building contract, regardless it's one contract or house & land. We have stringent criteria in regard to labor, supply chain and financial strength of our building partner. Even in this volatile environment where most of the industry is under stress, our delivery rate is way ahead of the industry.  And we take pride of that.
